When Peach 20/20 approached us to support their annual Sustainability Summit – Planet Peach – in March 2025, our mission was clear: take the workload off their team, allowing them to focus on content and speaker curation, while we led operations, partner sales, and event delivery.
The Event: Planet Peach 2025
Planet Peach 2025 took place on 4th March at the prestigious 30 Euston Square, London. The summit brought together leaders and environmental experts from across hospitality and its supply chain to share best practices, success stories, and the latest thinking – setting the agenda for the next phase of sustainable action, innovation, and collaboration.
The agenda covered a wide range of topics, from re-imagining menus and re-thinking food and drink production, to exploring energy infrastructure and understanding investor and political influence. With over 250 industry professionals in attendance, the event provided a platform for discussion and collaboration around the future of sustainability in hospitality.

Our Role: Full Venue Operations, Partner Management, Sponsorship Sales, Pre-Event Logistics, and On-Site Support
We were responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, sponsorship outreach and sales, partner and exhibitor coordination, and on-the-day delivery. Our team, with expertise in event management, sponsorship sales, and strategic consulting, worked seamlessly together to ensure the event’s success. Here’s how we made it happen:
Pre-Event Planning and Management
- Venue Coordination: We worked directly with the team at 30 Euston Square to manage venue logistics and ensure all deliverables were met to brief, from layout and room setup to AV and signage.
- Catering Coordination: Collaborated with venue and catering staff to deliver a fully plant-based, sustainable menu that aligned with the event’s ethos and sustainability goals.
- Exhibitor Prep and Management: Confirmed stand spaces, shared clear setup instructions, and ensured all exhibitor materials were in place well ahead of the event.
- Partner Communication: Served as the main point of contact for all event partners and supporters, streamlining their onboarding and ensuring brand alignment throughout.
Sponsorship Sales & Partner Outreach
Our remit also included developing and delivering a focused sponsorship sales process. We began by identifying relevant commercial categories, building custom account lists, and managing outreach to prospective partners. From early conversations to closing the sale and handling onboarding logistics, we worked closely with Peach 20/20 to secure sponsorship support that aligned with the event’s theme and values, enhancing both content and commercial impact.
This proactive sales support allowed the Peach 20/20 team to stay focused on curating programme content, while we ensured new sponsors were brought in, briefed, and fully supported ahead of the event.
Venue Operations Management
- Coordinated the BEO and function sheet with the venue, confirming all key timings, catering details, and operational specifics.
- Managed logistics around the post-event drinks reception, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees and delivering to budget.
Sponsor & Exhibitor Management
- Oversaw sponsor and exhibitor delivery on-site, ensuring their visibility, materials, and spaces were optimised for engagement.
- Provided exhibitor and sponsor support on the day, managing last-minute requests, signage adjustments, and brand placements to ensure a polished presence.
- Ensured a smooth and efficient exhibitor setup and breakdown, minimising disruption and keeping to schedule.
On-Site Event Support
- Two On-Site Event Managers: Our team was present on the day to manage operations from start to finish, working alongside Peach 20/20 to oversee the schedule, liaise with suppliers, and handle live troubleshooting.
- Supported the attendee registration process, delivering a smooth check-in and professional first impression.
- Resolved real-time issues discreetly, keeping the event flow uninterrupted and the guest experience consistently high.
- Managed setup and breakdown timings, ensuring all logistics were delivered to plan without overrun.
Post-Event Reporting
Following the event, we delivered a full debrief with feedback on delivery, operational insights, and areas for future optimisation – supporting continuous improvement for upcoming Peach 20/20 events.
